The Firm is on its 19th year of existence and has expanded its geographical reach, areas of practice, and staffing. 

In April 2011, the Firm established a branch office in Clark Freeport Zone ("CFZ") that services the legal needs of locators in the CFZ and enterprises operating or with concerns in the neighboring provinces; in June 2013, the Firm beefed up its intellectual property section and established a full-fledged intellectual property department; and in September 2013, it moved from Ortigas Center to more commodious offices in the burgeoning triangle formed by Pioneer Street, Shaw Boulevard, and Epifanio de los Santos Avenue in Mandaluyong City.
